I’m Varsha Hulle, an Environment Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience across leading organizations such as Wilo, Suzlon, and HYT Engineering. Throughout my journey in sales, marketing, and manufacturing, one belief has always guided me—a sustainable lifestyle is not just a choice, it is a responsibility.

Driven by this vision, I founded Soul in Shell, a Pune-based eco-friendly brand dedicated to transforming natural coconut shells into meaningful, everyday products. My dream is to promote conscious living, reduce plastic consumption, and inspire every household to adopt at least one sustainable alternative.

Through Soul in Shell, I aim to blend environmental responsibility with creativity—turning waste into worth while empowering communities and spreading awareness for a greener tomorrow. I am Kalpita Mandar Bhave, a postgraduate professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in Human Resources and Administration, primarily within the higher education sector at the university level. My expertise includes strategic HR operations, policy implementation, campus administration, drafting and documentation, data analysis, and comprehensive report development.

Beyond my professional domain, I am deeply inspired by nature and therefore a Co-Founder of Soul in Shell, a Pune-Maharashtra based start up dedicated to craft and manufacturing coconut shell products. As a committed nature enthusiast, I strongly believe in giving back to the environment and contributing to a greener, more sustainable future. This passion drives my vision to promote eco-conscious living, create environmental awareness, and encourage communities to adopt sustainable lifestyle practices.
